I have been described as curious, direct, and honest. I balance real-talk with genuine empathy. I’ll ask difficult questions, challenge you, and offer honest feedback when it's clinically helpful. At the same time, I won’t take myself too seriously and can’t help being irreverent or using humor.
Therapy can be difficult, but it shouldn’t be miserable or boring. I show up as my real self, not a caricature of a therapist or an AI chatbot. -
